Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Hotel Asha, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while maintaining fairness for all guests. Please carefully review our cancellation and refund policy below:
1. Full Refund (if cancelled within 24 hours of booking)

If you made your reservation at least 30 days in advance and choose to cancel your booking within 24 hours of booking, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

The refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the booking.
2. Partial Refund (if cancelled within 30 days of booking)

If you cancel your booking after the 24-hour window but within 30 days from the booking date, a 25% cancellation fee will be applied to your total booking amount.

The remaining 75% of the total booking amount will be refunded to you.
3. No Refund (if cancelled under 24 hours to the booking date)

If your booking is cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled check-in date or the booking date itself, no refund will be issued.
